We take time to listen to them, find out where they want their career to go and what their aspirations are. We will always represent our candidates in a fair and honest manner, never sending their details out without their prior consent, always having previously discussed the company and role in depth with them. This also means that it saves time in the interview so client and candidate can both found out if it is what they want.
