Over the years, Philip has called in extra pairs of hands from lifelong friends and experienced former colleagues, all of whom He worked with at Lanebottom co-op. Initially, we purchased the vacant space next door and the original shop expanded as the business grew, before buying another premises and expanding into beds. The company survived the economic downturn and flourished. The bed department is now the main local stockist for Silentnight, Sealy, Highgrove, La romantic, Burgess, and many more. We have a large customer base made up of regular domestic customers, previous Lanebottom customers, commercial customers, local authorities, housing associations, and insurance companies, among others. The acquisition of the new premises also enabled us to expand the flooring department, which has designated areas to display Karndean, Amtico, Brintons, Cormar, Brockway, Penthouse and many more high profile manufacturers.
