Mandy Jagger began Carpetwise in 1983, after seeing a need in the local area for discount priced carpets and vinyls that could be bought and taken away on the same day. Demand from both the DIY enthusiast and those requiring a full measuring and fitting service was high, and it wasn’t long before word spread and the business grew.
