And unlike many of our competitors, we directly employ almost all our own skilled tradesmen. This allows us to attract some of the best of local craftsmen, to control our projects much better, and to provide a consistent quality to our customers. We ensure that all our employees undertake continuous professional development on the latest building technologies and sustainable construction techniques. All our tradesmen is CSCS registered and qualified.
