Our passion for food, perfection and maintaining high customer relationships is second to none. As a catering manager both in the late 90�s and more recent, I was forced to use temporary agency staff. To be honest I felt the service I received was sub standard. Most staff were found to be inconsistent and unreliable. You could never be sure what type of person would turn up, or how capable they would be at fulfilling the role. We recognise government policy and realise some government bodies and other associations require an enhance disclosure when working at the establishment. We work closely with Picatso uk (who are an umbrella body for the CRB), to carry out our checks.
