Chaneys was established in 1959 by Henry Chaney, as a general surveyors practice in the Reading and Wokingham area. The business, in fact, still manages some of the original properties Henry did. We are now based in Reading, Berkshire, primarily serving property and asset management Clients in the Thames Valley area. We work with Management Companies, Resident Associations, Landlords, Tenants and Developers to provide a professional management service with local expertise and values. We have established a good reputation through our work as residential surveyors and property managers and work hard to keep it.
