Today, we have achieved much of that vision yet we strive for more through further growth in both our own headcount but also geographical location/specialisms offered. We will not however lose our passion for recruitment nor the level of service we provide that has given us our successes to date. Chase and Holland was founded by two recruitment professionals who with many years of experience in markets throughout the UK, simply felt a need to offer a higher level of service to candidates and clients – offering in essence a truly consultative approach. As individuals who are relationship motivated, we provide long term solutions, not short term fixes. It was from this initial vision and idea that Chase and Holland was born. Now, our growing team of consultants are all extremely passionate about service and do exactly what their title suggests – consult – ensuring that they are providing the right solutions for all regardless of whether you are a candidate or employer.
