My best advertisement for my classes are my participants. I am very proud of them. They are fit, healthy and happy. And because my classes are for real, everyday people, we are all friendly, down to earth and out for a laugh. You won't find any posers here! Whether it is weight loss, toning up, beating stress or improving mobility/flexibility, there is a class or two in my timetable that can help you out. The classes are based at Coronation Hall, Market Deeping, at The Community Centre in Market Deeping, and also at Tallington Lakes.
