I have worked over 11 years as an Employee Counsellor taking referrals from Insurance companies and EAPs. My therapeutic background is Integrative where I use a variety of therapeutic tools to assist individuals - including drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), TA and Gestalt.
