During the 1990’s and up until 2010, we have worked on behalf of many government funded organisations that evolved from the Energy Efficiency Best Programme (EEBPp) to Action Energy and then the Carbon Trust. This association lapsed when the government removed subsidies for energy management consultancy. Our Utility Bureau Service was formed in the early 1990’s as a result of the deregulation of the electricity and natural gas industries. The service has grown year on year throughout the 2000’s and today we work for a wide variety of organisations including the private and public sectors and from small to very large businesses.
