We are an Atlantis showcase gym. The equipment has been chosen so that we have everything we need to achieve a desired goal whether that is fat loss, body composition, increased lean muscle mass, improve health markers, improved sports performance. For over 34 years Atlantis has been perfecting strength equipment, and only strength equipment, so that their products deliver the optimum workout for the most diverse range of body types. Within the facility we have created a fantastic team by bringing in some great people to work alongside us including functional nutrition, and sports massage.
