Complete Coherence

Complete Coherence was founded in 2004 by Dr Alan Watkins, drawing on his background as a physician and neuroscientist. Our approach encompasses multiple lines of development based on human performance research, integrated with insights from neuroscience, biology, complexity theory and other diverse fields. We believe that with the right coaching and development, human beings can be brilliant every day. We’ve all been led to believe that the way to improve performance is to address behaviour. But this fails to acknowledge that behaviour is driven by something much deeper. The latest research now recognises that our behaviour depends on what we think; what we think depends on what we feel; and what we feel depends on our raw emotion which is made up of complex streams of physiological data inside our body. Transforming performance starts with greater mastery over our physiology. It includes the internal development of our emotions, our mind, our ego and our values as well as the external development of our behaviour, how we connect with others and the impact we make.
