Since qualifying as a classically trained chef in 2007, Dan has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge working in high end restaurant kitchens both in Suffolk and France. In 2016 he joined Country Cuisine as a partner to help take the business forward by using his talents to bring a modern approach to cooking. Also classically trained, Val started Country Cuisine in 1989 and has made it the successful and established catering company it is today. She has catered for a varied range of both corporate and private clients and covered all manner of events from weddings and family celebrations to business lunches, product launches and staff catering.
