Our pricing is simple, we charge £20 for the first hour & £12 per hour for all consecutive hours that day plus cost price for any materials used. A surcharge may be applicable for jobs more than 10 miles from the DH4 postcode. We all lead busy lives, what with work, family & social commitments there just never seems to be enough hours in the day. Dave Crossling Handyman is here to help with all those jobs around the house that you either don't have the time to do, or just don't want to spend your precious weekends sorting out. It could be a room that needs re-plastering & painting or just some flat-pack furniture you have had for ages & just cant seem to find the time to assemble.

If organising three or four tradesmen to do what seems like a task that one person with good DIY skills could manage on his own seems excessive, give us a call. Anything from plastering & painting to erecting a fence, basically you supply the materials & you just pay for the skills.
