David Clements MCIOB established D.C. Construction Limited in 1992 on the back of a 20-year career in the construction industry. He started as a setting out engineer and moved on to site management and then to senior management before setting up D.C. Construction Limited, which has built a reputation over the last 22 years in Suffolk for quality building work. ​ The company to date has completed over 2000 projects for Schools, County and District Councils, commercial and domestic clients. We are today operating as a principle-building contractor carrying out a broad spectrum of contracts all below £1m in value. We operate in East Anglia but mainly in Suffolk. We do a considerable amount of repeat business with our customers. Our principal customers have been Suffolk County Council, Suffolk Coastal District Council, Mid Suffolk District Council and our main commercial customer is W D Coe Limited. Our activities have included extensions, remodelling and renovations as well new building. We are NHBC registered and have built a number of houses, all, one off architect designed, for the end user. ​ We believe that our staff are relatively unique in the breadth of their experience, several of our team having worked on multi million as well as mid range and small projects. This experience gives us the confidence to tackle a wide range of contracts.

Established in 1992 by David Clements M.C.I.O.B., the company has built a reputation in renovations, school works, commercial, industrial, offices and bespoke domestic works. We have been awarded four Suffolk Association of Architects Craftsmanship Awards. ​ We carry out contracts in the Industrial, Commercial, Public buildings and Domestic sectors. Our contract values are normally between £10,000 and £500,000 but we have the capability of carrying out works to £1,000,000.
