In 2000 the Company was established primarily to provide easy access to information on commercial issues in the construction industry. That aim has been achieved with the publication of extensive articles and two books on Construction Law. The Company has developed to providing additional Services in Dispute Resolution such as taking conduct of the case and representation as advocate in the most common forms of dispute resolution of mediation, adjudication and arbitration. The Company relies on the experience of Daniel Atkinson.
