Totnes Fire remains a family firm now run by Brian’s grandson Russ Caton and his business partner Peter Hackley, who, with years of experience in the business, are confident that they can provide help and advice on all aspects of fire and safety equipment, including legal requirements.

Totnes Fire was formed by Brian Smith in 1963 with the aim of specializing in the supply of top-quality fire-fighting equipment, backed by a very high degree of service. Based in Totnes, South Devon, the company flourished, and has now grown into a national and international supplier of a comprehensive range of Fire & Health and Safety equipment.
