Draft 2 Design Ltd is an Architectural Design Consultancy that has built up an enviable reputation since starting in 2005 in and around the East & West Sussex, Kent & Surrey countryside. We pride ourselves on our commitment in providing a professional service at all times, whilst maintaining the highest quality of drawing / design and plans. We are proud to be associated with the Hampshire County Council Trading Standards Approved scheme accredited with the 'Buy With Confidence' trademark since 2010 and have been a member of the Checkatrade.com scheme since 2008. Our main catchment area for projects is within the Eastbourne & Hailsham Area however we do cover all of East Sussex & West Sussex, Kent, many parts of Surrey and we have carried out projects in parts of London. We have built up strong relationships with both Eastbourne Borough and Wealden District Councils for both Planning & Building Regulation Approvals.

Draft 2 Design Ltd provides Architectural Plans & Drawings for Residential & Commercial projects for Planning Permissions / Consents along with Building Regulation Approvals. We operate from our offices within a Grade 2 Listed Georgian building in Hailsham providing Architectural Drawing Plans & Design Services to Private Clients, House Builders / Developers and the General Builder.
