Initially, we focused on the construction, extension and refurbishment of licensed premises. Following our success in this sector, we have expanded into other sectors including Hotels, Student accommodation and other areas of the retail sector including tea rooms and cafes where we can utilise our considerable experience to the benefits of our new clients. Our team has in excess of 50 years' combined experience of acting on behalf of Clients on projects ranging in value from £5,000 to £10Million which include works to both new and existing buildings. We have established an excellent reputation with companies across the UK by delivering projects on time and in budget. The business continues to grow in a carefully managed way ensuring we can always provide clients with the high quality of customer service they have come to expect from us. We are also proactive in seeking and recommending alternative solutions to problems that occur during the life of a project. We are based centrally to the UK and whilst being proud of our Yorkshire roots, have completed projects as far afield as Margate in Kent, Hayle in Cornwall, Ayr in Western Scotland and Inverness and Elgin in the North of Scotland.
EWH Consulting was established in 2002 to provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying support for Construction Industry related projects. We have now expanded to provide Building Consultancy, Project Coordination, Employer's Agent and Monitoring services with large corporate clients including FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies, such as Whitbread, Greene King, Mitchells & Butlers and Unite, as well as wider private clients.
