Whether an extension for a home-owner, a housing estate for a developer or commercial premises for a business we can guide clients from inception to completion. Sean is a fully qualified Chartered RIBA Architect with a wide range of experience both on large and small projects, from Concept, Planning, Building Regulations and Tendering to on-site inspection and contract administration gained over the past 20 years working in the building design/construction industry including a 130 and 86 unit residential flat development in Guildford and Brighton respectively, as well as smaller bespoke residential and commercial developments across the UK.
Elmstone Design LLP is an Architectural and Engineering Partnership formed in 2010 based on the breadth and depth of the previous experience of the Partners RIBA Chartered Architect, Sean Macmillan and Consultant Structural Engineer, John Sutton; since then Architectural Technologist, Adrian Henretty has joined the team along with Amy Boudewijn in a key supporting role.
