Elsa is a registered RYT 200 teacher with Yoga Alliance UK. Elsa has also completed teaching training with the British Wheel of Yoga. She considers herself very fortunate to have trained with Master Yoginii Dr Elena Voyce at Teach Yoga in London. Elsa is also a qualified Yoga Therapist and has a particular interest in Women’s Health. Elsa teaches classes, small groups and individuals in and around the wider Stratford upon Avon area and attends a variety of professional development workshops throughout the UK. Elsa also continues her work in the commercial sector offering a range of consultancy services to utility companies.
Elsa began practising yoga 12 years ago to relieve the stress of working in a high pressure corporate environment in London. Following her first class she was 'hooked' and has practised regularly ever since with a variety of teachers. Her love for yoga and awareness of its benefits has grown and developed along with her own regular practice.
