We all have times in our lives when it might be helpful to share our concerns with someone outside our situation. Perhaps you feel counselling could be helpful for you? Our initial meeting consists of a free half hour assessment where we look at the issues concerning you and decide whether we would be comfortable working together. Following this would be a charged hour where we consider the direction and timescale for subsequent sessions and begin our counselling work together. Our sessions will last for a minimum of one hour but I am able to offer flexibility and longer sessions if this would be helpful. Within that hour I will encourage and support you to gain a clear understanding of your present situation and consider possible ways of moving forward with your life.
