Steve has worked with solid fuel for around 12 years and is a Hetas approved Engineer and also a qualified plumber. Mark has been a Gas Engineer for more than 37 years — joined British Gas from school and completed an apprenticeship and gained City & Guilds, Corgi and now Gas Safe qualifications. Ideally customers will initially visit the showroom to see firsthand the quality of the work we do and to get ideas — all our room sets have been designed and built by ourselves. Clients receive a free home visit for a survey and estimate, to determine which type of appliance best suits their lifestyle and budget. We carry out all installations ourselves, and are currently training two apprentices.The high level of workmanship carried out by ourselves as Gas safe and Hetas approved qualified installation engineers means that we can cater for all your building and installation needs and also offer design ideas to help you achieve that special look you are after. We do all the building work, plastering, carpentry etc. ourselves so no need to coordinate other tradesmen. We can offer a total design service from beginning to completion — we do the project management.
