All our meat is sourced from Essex or Suffolk and is Red Tractor assured; or you can choose a free range Blythburgh pig, a local salt marsh lamb, or local organic beef. We’re proud of our professional carvers and friendly, capable staff who will always go that extra mile to make your event special. Careful planning ensures that your big day will run smoothly. We have the full insurances and documentation required to work in any venue. We always honour our bookings; worth mentioning, as we’ve often picked up the pieces at the last minute - if possible - for those that don’t! We can also supply crockery, cutlery, glasses, linen, chair covers with sashes, and furniture, one less thing to worry about!
