Is a small privately owned, local company, based on the enterprise park in Swansea, South Wales. The company was established in 2006 by Simon Gwinnett who has over 25 years experience in various fire protection disciplines at both operational and at senior management level. 'FPS was born out of my disillusionment with some of the larger 'players' in the industry. These large companies appear to be more concerned with themselves rather than their customers & staff. I felt we could do a much better job'. Our philosophy is one of Quality, Trust, Honesty and Loyalty. Our Strategy to deliver a broad range of quality fire protection products & services, efficiently at competative rates.

The Regulatory Reform(Fire Safety) Order 2005 came in to effect on the 1st of October 2006. Previous fire legislation is replaced in favour of a risk assessment based approach. Most organisations need to appoint a person to become responsible for fire safety matters in the workplace.
