Flex was established by two of the leading physiotherapists in the South East. All of our physios are highly trained experts in their field and have published in research journals and/or text books. We lecture both nationally and internationally. As a team we provide expert knowledge, diagnosis and treatment. We pride ourselves in providing high quality evidence based physiotherapy. Our typical client base varies from those with simple aches and pains, through to the recreational ‘weekend warrior’, to the elite athlete. We provide treatment for a wide range of conditions from whiplash and back pain, to sports injuries, joint pains and overuse injuries. Flex offers a wide range of hands-on and one-to-one physiotherapy treatments including: joint or spinal manipulation, post-operative rehabilitation, exercise, massage and acupuncture.
