Fortune Management was established over 25 years ago in North West London. We look after over 100 separate properties incorporating approximately 1400 separate dwellings. Currently, most of the property we manage is located in the London area, particularly North West London, Hertfordshire and the West End. We deal with all the day to day requirements of block management;from engaging cleaners, instructing contractors, contacting the local council to paying utility bills. We offer a friendly and personal service. We pride ourselves on getting back to our clients within a reasonable time frame. Usually, the property manager you need will be available to talk immediately, but if not, a human being will take your message. As well as excellent communication, Fortune Management are extremely proud of their out of hours emergency service. Our emergency managers have access to the Fortune Management data base thus maximising our clients’ chances of making contact with a neighboring flat in an emergency.
