The business was established in 1996 combining the experience of all four directors, who came from large quantity surveying practices. We are Team players who recognise that effective cost control is best achieved where the entire construction team is working together and communicating as one. Our experience has been gained in a variety of the property sectors but in each instance the initial cost planning advice given by FSC Consulting has been fundamental to the success of the project.
