GA Building Services Ltd is a Surrey based Company that was formed in 1991 as a Sole Trading Company the later became a Limited Company in 1999. Starting as a local building maintenance Company we have steadily grown in size and specialise in Quality Building and Maintenance work within the London and South-East areas. The company was originally form in specialising in general building, and building maintenance, moving into commercial shop and office fit outs and since 1995 when we formed a commercial building maintenance section, Opened our first Help desk offering a full Facilities Management team to assist our clients with the day to day running of their property portfolios. From 1995 the commercial building maintenance and general building divisions has grown and we have worked locally and across the South of England for Banks, Railways, National Retail outlets , Hospitals, University's, Museums and many large building maintenance companies. We have carried out work ranging from small contract maintenance , Reactive Emergency call out services, Building Construction and Major refurbishments to blue chip companies, local authorities and government departments. In early 2018 we moved to our new premise allowing us to form our new larger fully equipped in House Joinery workshop offer a full range of bespoke Specialist Joinery Fabrication complete with in house paint and Spray booth GA Building Services Ltd is a relatively small company whose staff have over 40 years experience within the building service, providing high standards and administrative expertise in all aspects of Building and Maintenance.
