GC Translations is run by Mrs. Graciela (Grace) Carlyle, born in Argentina and graduated as National Public Translator (Sworn Translator) in English Language from the Faculty of Human and Educational Sciences of the National University of La Plata, in December 1987. Since then, she worked part time as a freelance translator and at the same time for several medical associations in secretarial positions and in charge of the organisation of events, scientific meetings, congresses, symposia, etc. She also co-owned her own company for the organisation of scientific events until the end of 2000 when she moved to the UK to establish as full-time translator. Grace is a Registered Public Translator of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists in the UK and a Member of the International Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters.
