Helen and Bobby Bajaj, with more than 30 years of experience in property, established Goodwill Living in 2002. We started the company as property developers and having successfully renovated a number of properties, we were soon being asked to carry out and oversee building projects for clients. Our regular projects include fitted kitchens, bathrooms, loft conversion, extensions and internal and external decorating. Each undertaking, no matter what size, will have the benefit of our project management to ensure works are carried out within the timescale and budget agreed with you. As a successful project is largely dependant on the smooth running of the site, scheduling works in order and ensuring a good working relationship between client and contractor, we are able to alleviate tension, misunderstandings and potentially expensive mistakes.
