Since 1995 I have worked in private architectural practice in a range of senior positions and gained further experience across a range of sectors including education, housing, commercial, community projects, ecclesiastical, listed buildings and motor dealerships. I became a Planning Supervisor after the CDM Regulations were introduced in 1994 and from 2007 have acted as CDMC on notifiable construction projects following a change in the regulations. I attained a project management qualification with the Association of Project Managers in 2002 which has provide me with additional skills that I have been able to utilise across all schemes. I gained wide experience during 15 years in the National Health Service. Within this organisation I undertook a variety of roles with a focus on design, research and the monitoring of standards.
