Operating from our music shop in Bartholomew Street, Newbury we have 6 fully equipped teaching rooms providing lessons in a broad spectrum of instruments such as Drums, Piano, Woodwind and Guitars through to DJ and Vocal lessons and recording techniques. Our Academy’s vision is to be able to offer every child in West Berkshire the opportunity to learn and play a musical instrument. We do not just offer one on one sessions but also run Rock and Pop schools and in 2014 we organised our inaugural ‘Young Songwriter of the Year’ competition, with the grand final being held in the Corn Exchange Newbury.
