As a long term sportsman; Athletics (Hurdler & Decathlete at County & National level), Volleyball, Rugby & Badminton, Coach; Sprint & Hurdles (level 3 UKA coach & SE Regional Hurdles Coach), Rugby (Stage 3 Head Coach — IRFU) and Rugby Referee (USRFR), I have always been committed to excellence and professionalism throughout my sporting career. ​ Whether you are just looking to maintain good physical and muscle condition, are recovering from an injury/rehabilitation, looking to increase flexibility or just want to ‘treat’ your body to the sort of ‘re-conditioning’ you allow your hair — I can help! Getting you ‘up to’ or ‘back to’ peak condition is my goal! My treatment room is located in the centre of Antrim Town.
