Independent Roofing Systems

Single ply roofing uses a synthetic membrane with an integral underlay backing which is glued to either the existing roof or to the roof board on a new build. Hot air is used to weld all seams in the main roof sheet and to add flashing material and trims etc. at the roof edges. The single ply material forms an ideal base for a green roof with sedum mats in a water retaining growing medium installed on top of the single ply. The single ply membrane is a cost effective material to use for relining a failing metal gutter to extend its life. Services range from new build roof sheeting and wall cladding to replacement of full or part roofs using systems and materials from a wide range of difference manufacturers, upgrading insulation to modern standards where appropriate. We install both factory build panels and panels built up by us on site.
