My hope is that I might offer you a little respite from the world: a sensitive, gentle, non-judgemental companionship. Somewhere you can feel at ease to explore any matter that's troubling you. In the safe space of my counselling room you can be confident in the knowledge that whatever you share is treated confidentially and held with the utmost respect. My way of working is particularly suited to you if you're experiencing any kind of anxiety - including social anxiety, panic, depression or relationship issues. I am a qualified Focusing-Oriented Psychotherapist with a Masters degree in Person-Centred Counselling. I am a registered member of BACP.
I like to think of my practice as a warm and welcoming shelter from the cold, where those parts of ourselves that feel so unlovable and not good enough out there in the world can feel welcome and respected, seen and heard.
