For more than 15 years, Intirium’s Project Division has worked with architects, interior designers, project managers and developers from all over the world to achieve on-time, on-budget results. Intirium has access to over 500 European brands, we consider ourselves experts in sourcing and can usually introduce clients to products which meet the demands of the design at a significantly lower cost than may have been anticipated.
We offer a wide & varied range of services easily adapted to individual client needs; a project might be a Manhattan apartment, an outdoor space in New Zealand, a luxury residence in the Swiss mountains, 18 low-budget kitchens for units in Hong Kong or interiors for villas in the Caribbean. We design for studio apartments (where maximising available space is essential), residential projects, model apartments, multi-unit commercial properties and hospitality projects, large & small. Our involvement might include kitchens, bathrooms & plumbing, wardrobes, wall units, indoor & outdoor furniture, carpets, fabrics & lighting. We are budget-geared and often able to combine well-established luxury brands with less expensive pieces while retaining the integrity of the concept.
Our in-house designers – all graduates of top Italian Schools of Architecture – support our clients across the world; they are passionate about design & technical excellence, familiar with local building codes and enjoy first-class product knowledge. We offer CAD-files, renderings and complete design schemes. If required, our architects will travel to over-see an installation and where necessary, bring a qualified team to undertake the entire job in situ. In many main cities, we can also often recommend highly skilled installers. Intirium is committed to excellence and professional, reliable service.
