We feel that part of our success over the years is not only the continuity of management that a family business brings, but also that we have been able to maintain a loyal and hardworking workforce. Many of our employees have started with us as apprentices and remain with us to this day. We mainly supply to the industrial and commercial sectors, and our clients include hotels, public houses, hospitals, offices and industrial premises. In recent years, with the increase in domestic air conditioning installations, we have developed our understanding of new technologies (i.e. inverter and heat recovery systems) and have branched into this area. We are members of the HVCA (Heating & Ventilation Contractors Association), and have passed their stringent inspection & assessment audits which include additional assessments of our health and safety provisions, giving us registration with the CHAS scheme national database. We are also members of NICEIC and are annually inspected by their auditing team. We have full REFCOM F Gas certification and are currently registered with Construction Line and are working towards full accreditation with them in the next few months.
