We understand that when you are in pain, you will want to be seen as soon as possible and we try our best to find appointments for you within a day or two, possibly even the same day. We believe it is important to help you get control over the problem you have, so we will help you to understand your diagnosis better and how you might make improvements for yourself. We encourage open and honest communication so that we can get it right for you. You can always speak to Jane or Doug if you have any queries or concerns about your care.
