Carol offers psychotherapy or counselling to individuals of 16 years and over. People seek therapy for a variety of reasons such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, life changes or bereavement issues. Carol's St Neots practice is located in Eaton Ford, set back from the road in a quiet location. It is accessible by bus or a ten minute taxi drive from the train station. There is parking near the practice. Carol trained to a professional level in Psychodynamic Counselling with Herts & Beds Pastoral Foundation, obtaining a WPF Advanced Diploma in 1993. She then trained as a Psychotherapist and completed the four-year course in 2000, qualifying as a Jungian Analytical Psychotherapist in 2005. In 2001, Carol completed supervision training. In 2018, she was awarded an honourary Master of Arts Degree from the University of Cambridge.
Jayes Psychotherapy is run by Carol Jayes. Carol is a fully qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor. She is a member of the British Psychoanalytic Council and other professional psychotherapy bodies.
