Between us we run 11 classes each week across East Anglia incorporating dance, disco & Latin style aerobics, various styles of HiiT classes & toning….and now there’s Paracise too! Our classes are friendly and fun and we have a social calendar with theatre trips, charity events, trips to TV shows, an annual health spa weekend and a Christmas party to name just some of the things we do together.
