We believe communication is an essential part of our profession. designer will sit down with you prior to shampooing; to discuss your hair and problems you may have managing your style. We feel it is very important to discuss at length your requirements for the hair style that suits you and is easy to manage. All hair designers that have been trained at Keith Graham have gone through an intensive training program; and are only allowed to attend clients once they have reached the high standard we expect here at Keith Graham. New designers who join the team must also aspire to, and reach our high standards of hairdressing.
