Due to increasing demand from contractors working at the large local employers such as BAE Systems, Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK), Dong Wind Energy and all associated sub-contract companies, we have expanded our portfolio to offer properties that are available for short lets of 3 months, or sometimes less. These properties are offered all-inclusive, and the contract can be made flexible to work around the Tenant. Often, the properties are presented as individual rooms to rent within a bigger building, (HMO), with shared communal areas meaning that Tenants can enjoy the home comforts of a self catering property, with convenience being the focus.
