Our striving for quality means that we have achieved two prestigious awards. First the 5 star rating from Preston City Council and second the Seafish frier Quality Award. How did we achieve these awards? Well first the fish, we always use fish that is caught and processed at sea on the trawler within 4 hours of being caught, sealing the taste within. Second the potatoes, all the potatoes are the best from UK farmers and finally our condiments and barmcakes are the best and freshest we can get.
