Kingswood Property Management

Kingswood Property Management was established in 2000 in Daventry and are a local, independent firm specialising in Residential Lettings and Property Management. As Daventry’s premier property management specialists we are fully focused on the priorities and needs of landlords and tenants, and, unlike many estate agents in Daventry, our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales and mortgages. We do not own property ourselves so our landlords can expect 100% commitment and service. Our business combines traditional values with modern methods in order to provide both landlords and tenants with a more efficient and cost effective personal service that benefits all parties. We are open 7 days a week until late. We are not bound to working normal office hours and are happy to conduct rental valuations and viewings at times which suit our clients.
