Lacey and Owen Architectural Services Ltd was formed between business partners Stuart Lacey and Mark Owen, The practice comprises of a small team, whose skill base enables creative, cost effective solutions to any client brief. Our principal aim is to add value and to provide the client with outstanding building solutions based on the best, in modern affordable design and construction methods. As chartered members of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) and Incorporate Members of the Institute of Building (ICIOB) the practice adheres to a strict code of professional practices and holds full Indemnity Insurance appropriate to all projects undertaken. We are also a registered partner in the LABC (Local Authority Building Control) Partner Authority Scheme; this enables us to work closely with our local/designated Building Control Officer, regardless of where in the country the project is located.
We are fully chartered architectural technologists, registered and accredited by the CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists). We are able to provide you with a complete architectural design service covering domestic, commercial and industrial sectors. We offer a planning and design service, from conception to completion, turning initial sketch plans into reality, be it a residential home extension or a new build housing scheme to commercial projects and developments.
