The firm provides excellent advice based on an in-depth and wide knowledge of property, supported by detailed office records dating back to the 1930s, and information obtained from its numerous contacts. The historic information retained enables us to undertake accurate retrospective valuations for Capital Gains Tax, restrictive covenants and litigation matters. The principal surveyors in the firm are Adrian Jones FRICS and Nigel Morgan MSc FRICS who both undertake building surveys, home buyer surveys and valuations. In addition, each surveyor specialises in aspects of surveying which few other firms undertake. Adrian Jones specialises in litigation valuations, flat lease extensions and the modification and extinguishment of freehold restrictive covenants. Adrian has appeared as an expert witness in the Lands Tribunal, County Court and High Court. Initially in the case of restrictive covenants and other matters involving litigation or potential litigation, the normal practice is to peruse the legal documents free of charge.
