I came across Laughter Yoga by chance and went along to a Laughter club not sure what to expect. I left with my sides aching and a realisation that I had not laughed properly for a very long time. I was hooked and immediately signed up for Laughter Leader Training. My training weekend was one of the best experience of my life. The more I practiced laughter yoga the more benefits I noticed and life just did not seem so stressful anymore. People around me noticed I was laughing and smiling more often and more genuinely. I wanted to share this great feeling so I started the Cotswold Laughter Club this is to be featured in Saga Magazine in the June 2015 edition.
My background is in banking, teaching and network marketing. There were good times but mainly a lot of stress. A few years ago I took time out to build my own home in Fulbrook on the edge of the beautiful Cotswolds. I am lucky to be able to enjoy the house of my dreams with my family, a crazy parrot, with a very dirty laugh, and our newest addition a gorgeous chocolate lab.
