The existing management of Leafield Construction Limited were a gang of bricklayers building homes for several major house builders circa 1990 - 1996. As private work began to blossom, a decision was made to concentrate on the private sector and therefore Leafield Construction was established in the early part of 1996. Early projects were mainly home extensions followed by grant work on behalf of Local Authorities. As the company expanded and matured over the years, we quickly understood the essential requirements for being prompt, efficient, project managing, delivering on time and on budget, the necessary requirements to comply with the latest Health and Safety objectives and delivering a final product to the client’s satisfaction. Some of our current and recent clients include amongst many others, Phoenix Futures, The Living Room, Est Est Est, Forster Dean Solicitors, Desire Clothing and Guthrie Partnership amongst others. We also take great satisfaction from our contribution whenever possible to local charity organisations.
