Lennon Estates will market properties in a wide area, including Banbridge, Loughbrickland, Poyntzpass, Tandragee, Dromore, Rathfriland, Gilford and Lawrencetown. Owner Pat Lennon began his career in real estate 26 years ago when he started work with Century 21. From there he moved on to become manager of Stevenson and Cumming in Bridge Street. The natural progression for Pat was to establish his own company, and he is now enjoying the experience. “So far so good,” said the Ballinaskeagh man. “I’ve been very pleased with the response. We put four houses on the market this week and every day people are registering with us.” Pat’s experience means he is well known in the area and his track record on selling properties is second to none. “My local knowledge means I can give people a genuine, accurate valuation of their property – be it residential, commercial or land” he said.
Buying or selling a property can be a time of stress and anxiety for even the most laid-back person. But Banbridge’s new property service, Lennon Estates, looks set to take some of the “state” out of real estate. The Rathfriland Street-based business opened its doors in November and since then business in the ever-expanding property market has been brisk.
